Welcome to Ambrose!

We’re so excited that you’ll be joining our community this fall, and we can’t wait to meet you on Orientation Day! As you prepare for this exciting new chapter, we invite you to complete a few short mini modules before September 6. These mini modules are designed to help you feel confident, prepared, and ready to make the most of your first days at Ambrose.

Throughout the mini modules, you'll discover helpful tips and need-to-know information—from how to print at the library and access Microsoft 365 for free, to important scholarship details and other resources that will support you throughout your time at Ambrose. Best of all, each video is about 60 seconds long, making it quick and easy to complete at your own pace while giving you a great head start before classes begin.

Upload a photo for your ID card: If you haven't done so already, upload a headshot photo (think like a passport photo) for us to put on your student ID card. This will make your first day of orientation and registration go faster as you won't need to wait to have this picture taken. You can upload using our form here.

Financial Aid - We provide financial assistance, which includes the Student Financial Assistance Fund and all Ambrose endowed and annual bursaries, to students of Ambrose University who demonstrate financial need in accordance with the criteria below. Ambrose Student Council - ASC represents the voice and vision of our student community. We’re here to foster connection, advocate for student needs, and help shape an engaging campus experience that reflects Ambrose’s values of learning, faith, and community.

Information Technology -  We provide support your technology needs from email, to our learning management platform for course notes and assignments, Wi-Fi services, and free Microsoft Office 365 and OneDrive cloud storage.

International Students: You will automatically be registered for International Orientation based on the information you provide on the registration form.
