Welcome to Fall 2024!

This is a friendly reminder that tuition and fees (including residence and meal plan) or acceptable payment arrangements made for Fall 2024 are due on August 31, 2024.  

Accepted payment arrangements include: 

  • Approved Student Loan Funding 
  • Confirmed Deferred Payment plan via Rotessa 

You can find a list of accepted payment methods listed here: https://ambrose.edu/payment

Your statement of account can be found when you log into the student registration system: https://students.ambrose.edu. Once logged in, click on Finances >> Account Statement. All payments are reflected on your statement within 24 business hours of receipt. 

Please note that students with outstanding balances and no accepted payment arrangements made: 

  • Will have current enrolment removed and financial charges will stand unless the courses are dropped before the first day of classes (students are not guaranteed to be reenrolled in their original courses once removed); 
  • Will not be permitted to sit any final exams or receive a final grade for the courses they are registered in; 
  • Who are involved in student leadership will be required to step down;   
  • Who are members of the Ambrose Lions Athletics teams will not be permitted to participate; and  
  • Will not be allowed to register in future semesters.
